Markets in Asia fell after President Donald Trump signed two bills in support of the pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong. The negative trend continued in early trading in Europe, as investors feared the move may derail on the ongoing trade talks between the world's two biggest economies. Also today, we look at how the French government is trying to calm tensions with unions over its controversial pension reforms, ahead a massive strike planned for 5th December.
