Chinese embassy slams Canada as U.S. pushes for detained Canadians' release

As Washington prepares to sign a trade deal with Beijing, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is calling on the Chinese government to release two detained Canadians, Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor.
