East Africa is in the thick of a brutally unusual rainy season and it's set to get worse. Two tropical storms are expected to hit the region in the coming days. For weeks, torrential downpours have already triggered landslides and flash flooding. The death toll currently stands at 250 with some 3 million affected. There are growing fears of starvation and disease outbreak. The wet weather is being attributed to warmer temperatures in the Indian Ocean.
