At least 43 people have been killed in a fire in the Indian capital, Delhi. The blaze broke out in a workshop building in the crowded old city center early this morning. Handbags and luggage made from flammable materials were produced in the building. Officials say rescue operations are now over and the fire has been put out by the Delhi Fire Service. Most of the dead were workers who were sleeping inside the factory.
