Libya's United Nations-recognised government has approved a military cooperation deal with Turkey.
But the Government of National Accord has not yet released any details on the deal, or when this would kick in.
Meanwhile, as the renegade military commander Khalifa Haftar's forces advance on Tripoli, the UN has expressed frustration over the fighting that is tearing the country apart.
