The world is suffering from a measles outbreak with new figures revealing a sharp rise in people catching the disease.
The World Health Organisation says that nearly 10 million people caught measles last year and 140,000 people died.
This year could be even worse.
In Australia there have been just 52 cases but it's Samoa where things are really bad.
More than 4,000 people have been infected and 63 people have died.
Now the country is taking action with the entire population ordered to receive vaccinations immediately.
From the capital Apia here's our Foreign Affairs reporter Melissa Clarke.
