Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has blamed in part Donald Trump for the death of 57 Canadians killed when Iran shot down a Ukranian plane.
Mr Trudeau says they would be at home with their families if not for an escalation in tensions sparked by the drone strike on Iranian general Qassem Soleimani.
