Police in Richmond are on alert near the state capitol, where Virginia’s governor has declared a state of emergency ahead of a pro-gun rally. The FBI has arrested several suspected Neo-Nazis believed to be connected to a white supremacist group. The men had weapons and plans to attend the rally, authorities say.
