Russian local media reports as many as 10 people were detained in a demonstration in St Petersburg protesting President Vladimir Putin’s call for constitutional changes.
The changes would redistribute national executive powers that would award Russian lawmakers the authority to name prime ministers and cabinet members which could allow the Russian president to remain in power after the end of his term in 2024.
